Workshop Summary

The Design Thinking Bootcamp will introduce your team to the full Design Thinking process, allowing them to practice the techniques and think critically about their application.

Your team will come together to tackle a chosen challenge, working through the Design Thinking steps and challenging each technique along the way.

By the end of the day, participants will have a practical understanding of the process and confidence in their ability to apply it.

We will guide your team through the following key components:

• Group Challenge: We select a challenge to tackle as a group, setting the stage for a day of collaborative problem-solving.
• Planning and Process Review: Together, we outline a plan for the day and critically examine each step of the Design Thinking process.
• Step-by-Step Guidance: We guide your team through the Design Thinking process, providing insights and prompting discussions at each stage.
• Critical Discussions: Participants are encouraged to question and challenge the techniques, fostering a deeper understanding and the ability to innovate beyond traditional frameworks.
• End-of-Day Review: We conclude with a discussion on the effectiveness of our process, reflecting on lessons learned and potential improvements.
